I remember those days
I remember the pain
I was so afraid
Yeah I was thinking I made
Too many mistakes
Lost more than I could replace
Like I was always two steps forward
Then I’d get knocked one step back
I was tryna keep my head up
And not worry ‘bout the past
While praying for brighter days
I found myself in the rain
Learned how to try again
Hope on the horizon
Hope on the horizon
Hope on the horizon
I’m gonna find hope on the horizon
Hope on the horizon
Hope on the horizon
As long as I’m rising
I’m gonna find it
The mountain I’m climbing
It doesn’t define me
I’m gonna find hope on the horizon
I’m not all the way there
But I’m not where I’ve been
I know I can go farther
If I did it before
I can do it again
Not afraid of tomorrow
Now I’m cool with two steps forward
Even if I take one back
I know how to hold my head up
Keep it moving on my path
I’m living in brighter days
Even when I’m in the rain
Cause I know I’m on my way
I’ve got hope on the horizon
Hope on the horizon
I’ve got hope on the horizon
Hope on the horizon
As long as I’m rising
I’m gonna find it
The mountain I’m climbing
It doesn’t define me
I’m gonna find hope on the horizon
It’s still hard
I give up and I let myself down
But I’m here
And I know
There’s no stopping me now
So I answer the call
That my heart’s shouting out
Now that I found
Hope on the horizon
(I got hope)
Hope on the horizon
(I got hope)
As long as I’m rising
I’m gonna find it
The mountain I’m climbing
It doesn’t define me
I’m gonna find hope on the horizon
I’m gonna find
I got hope
I’m gonna find
I got hope
I’m gonna find
I got hope
I’m gonna find
Hope on the horizon
I’m gonna find
I’m gonna find
I got hope
I’m gonna find
I’m gonna find
Hope on the horizon
